What counts as a monthly active user?
A unique user who authenticates at least once in a calendar month. Failed attempts, bots, and inactive accounts don't count toward your MAU limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new limits take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required for Starter. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
We never block authentications. If you exceed your limit, we'll notify you and you'll have a 14-day grace period to upgrade. Your users won't notice a thing.
Is my data secure?
Vorht is SOC 2 Type II certified. We encrypt data at rest and in transit, never store plain-text credentials, and offer SSO enforcement for Enterprise customers.
